This website is operated by The International Concours of Speed, a non-profit association (Verein) constituted under Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB), with registered seat in Lucerne. By accessing this site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms govern only the use of this website. Membership in the association, the rights and duties of members, and the conduct of the General Assembly and the Board are governed exclusively by the association’s statutes and by mandatory provisions of Swiss association law.

Attendance at The International Concours of Speed is by invitation only. Submitting an application, nomination or partnership enquiry does not create a contractual right to be invited and does not constitute membership in the association. All invitations are issued at the sole discretion of the Board.

All content on this site - including text, photography, marks and logos - is the property of the association or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright and trademark law. No part of the site may be reproduced or used commercially without the association’s prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information, or interfere with its normal operation.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, the association, its Board and its members exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-laws rules and of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the courts at the registered seat of the association in Lucerne, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
